Shared sign-in privacy

Google sign-in requests the openid, email and profile permissions to verify your account. Account records retain your stable Google account identifier and verified email for owner review, plus your approval status, approved local account name and any application access limits. Your email alone never links an account; owner approval is required.

Your Google password stays with Google. Sign-in does not request Gmail or Drive access. We do not retain Google access, ID or refresh tokens.

Google sign-in cookies contain random identifiers, require secure connections and can last up to 12 hours. Temporary login transactions expire within 10 minutes; single-use sign-in handoffs expire after one minute.

The operator retains pending account requests and approval or revocation history. Those records have no automatic deletion schedule. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact support@polyfabrica.com.
